Sleep was good last night, I got just over 8 hours. This morning was leg day. I tried to incorporate the recovering leg a bit today. However, I’m just easing into things so most exercises were utilizing one leg only. Today I also had PT again, It went very well. The knee is holding up quite nicely.

2 Roma tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 cup white mushrooms
2 avacado
Post workout meal
2 cup unsweet oat milk
30 gram Quinoa protein
30 gram pea protein
30 gram brown rice protein
20 gram collagen protein
2 tbsp hemp seeds
Side note:
I was kinda sore after PT today so I went and did some IR light therapy, got a massage, and got in the cocoon for a while. So overall, a very peaceful day.
