There is nothing wrong with walking
I used to walk my dog all the time and it kept me lean
 
walking is a good gentle way to do cardio
it works well and I have a lot of respect for it
 
make sure you keep us updated
don't do anything crazy and stay on top of things

My sleep was great last night, I got 9 hours in. I ended up going for five 20 minute walks today. Heart rate never went over 80 bpm the entire time so I’m good in that aspect. The blood thinners are making it extremely hard to eat, but I’m still able to get around 3000 kcal in with minimal effort.



PEDs:



100mg test cypionate (weekly)


Supplements:



Ghost multivitamins
5 gram creatine
1600mg omega-3



Exercise:



None, recovering from PE



Diet:



12:00 meal



1 cup dry oats
1 3/4 cup almond milk
3 tbsp raw honey
9 oz blueberries
2 oz walnuts
2 bananas
1 Ezekiel bread 4:9 English muffin
2 tbsp almond butter


4:00 meal



12 oz organic free range chicken
1 roasted sweet potato
1 cup red quinoa
1 avacado
2 cup roasted broccoli



Post workout meal



2 cup unsweet almond milk
30 gram Quinoa protein
30 gram pea protein
30 gram brown rice protein
20 gram collagen protein
2 tbsp hemp seeds

Doing too much vs not enough is a tough line to toe sometimes, but I’ll manage I’m sure. Today I got extremely hungry so I went out to a steakhouse for a nice dinner. I haven’t had a cheat meal in quite a while so I figured it was time.

No, no pain at all. However, I’m not doing much under the circumstances. Digestion is fine. I’m not really supposed to eat that much red meat due to dietary restrictions, but this is the first time since I’ve been able to eat meat again that I’ve done it. So I don’t really see it being too big of an issue.

No, no pain at all. However, I’m not doing much under the circumstances. Digestion is fine. I’m not really supposed to eat that much red meat due to dietary restrictions, but this is the first time since I’ve been able to eat meat again that I’ve done it. So I don’t really see it being too big of an issue.
If it becomes so - have small portions.
