I spent a majority of the day picking up prescriptions and at the doctors office. I was told no exercise other than walking for two weeks. I’ll also be stopping all PEDs for the near future while I’m taking blood thinners.

1 red bell pepper
15 cherry tomatoes
Post workout meal
2 cup unsweet almond milk
30 gram Quinoa protein
30 gram pea protein
30 gram brown rice protein
20 gram collagen protein
2 tbsp hemp seeds
Side note:
I took off work for a couple weeks so I can focus on my health for a bit. I’ll start 50 mg clomid for pct in a week. I know this will ruffle some feathers but I’m just trying to take the least amount of everything while I’m on the blood thinners. I have a prescription for clomid so that’s what I’ll be using.
