Last night I had another solid 8 hours of sleep. I’m really getting antsy sitting around the house all day. I think today I’m gonna go hang out at the pool and relax. It’s a bit of a challenge to get an extra meal in currently, but I have managed to get them down so far. Looking forward to increasing activity next week.



PEDs:



125mg sustanon (weekly)



Supplements:



Ghost multivitamins
5 gram creatine
1600mg omega-3



Exercise:



5 - 20 minute walks



Diet:



12:00 meal



1 cup dry oats
1 3/4 cup almond milk
3 tbsp raw honey
6 oz blackberries
2 oz walnuts
2 bananas
1 Ezekiel bread 4:9 English muffin
2 tbsp almond butter


4:00 meal



12 oz organize free range chicken
2 cup brown rice
2 cup spring mix
1 cup cherry tomatoes
Hot sauce & lime for flavor



6:00 meal



8 oz grass fed sirloin
1 cup quinoa
2 cup steamed broccoli
2 avacado




Post workout meal



2 cup unsweet almond milk
25 gram whey protein
30 gram pea protein
30 gram brown rice protein
20 gram collagen protein
2 tbsp hemp seeds

I’ll be switching from cypionate to sustanon for the near future.

Last night I had a good 8 hours of sleep. This morning I went and check out a few new gyms that have been built recently. I found one that I was so impressed with that I joined. So, I’ll utilize it on days I need to train heavy as they have self spotting benches and seats and a wide variety of some of the newer machines out as well.

Side note:



Today I also went and had an amazing 2 hour massage. The massage therapist really did an amazing job. She had some extremely strong hands, I was thoroughly impressed. Needless to say, I’ll definitely be requesting her every time.

Had another 8 hours of sleep last night. The inactivity is starting to get to me. I ended up going to the gym so I could use the posing room for a little practice. However, I still feel like that little time away from home was inadequate. I may go walk a trail tomorrow.

Last nights sleep was around 8 hours again. It’s been 2 weeks since the clot today. I started back in the gym today. It was really nice to get out and do something I enjoy. I hit it pretty hard, it was much needed.
