Approved Log Boxcutters Diet Training Log

For sure, that’s my main objective at this point. I plan on running a bulk in the fall if my doctor gives me the green light. Then in early spring I’ll start contest prep.
If I do get to do the bulk it will be all short esters to allow more time between cycles, but at this point I’m far behind from where I wanted to be. So I’ll be planning on doing it unless I can’t fit atleast 3 months between cycles. If I get to that point I’ll just start contest prep at the regular time.
@boxcutter you're pretty big already IMO no bulk for you, better recomp clean and you can do it that way so no more issues as I remember you had health issues recently man

You think? I’m sitting around 8 or 9% at the moment already. I feel like I’m tiny compared to a couple years ago.
 
Got another great workout in this morning. Feeling really good after. I also did 30 minutes in the sauna again.


75lb Arnold press 2x9
35lb prone incline front dumbbell raise 3x12
35lb side lateral 2x15
25lb bent over rear lateral 2x20

I got around 8 hours of sleep in. Today my diet was absolutely terrible and I also had around 5 glasses of wine, but man was it a great day. I was out downtown walking around and bumped into this lady, we had lunch, walked and talked, dinner and then back to my place for the evening. So my diet was far from what it should have been, plus the wine didn’t help. Sure was fun though. Anyway, back to training and 100% on diet tomorrow.

125mg sustanon (weekly)

5 gram creatine
1600mg omega-3
1 tbsp fiber supplement

12:00 meal


Avacado toast
2 eggs over easy
3 glasses Cabernet




6:00 meal



22 oz porterhouse
1 cup Brussel sprouts
Salad with oil & vinegar
2 glasses Cabernet



Post workout meal



2 cup unsweet almond milk
25 gram whey protein
30 gram pea protein
30 gram brown rice protein
20 gram collagen protein
2 tbsp hemp seeds

Meal prepping sirloin for the week

Last night I hardly got any sleep at all. Maybe 2 or 3 hours. This woman was crazy, kept me up all night. Anyway, had an ok workout today. I felt a bit sluggish, but I did manage to get all my reps in. I’ve also decided that with the knee and the disparities between my quad sizes, I’m going to compete in men’s physique only next spring. If by some odd chance things drastically change, I’ll probably do classic physique as well. I’ve been going back and forth about a winter bulk and I’ve decided after advice from a few people that I’m gonna go ahead if my doctor give me the green light. However, it will be a very clean bulk with short esters because I’ll have to go into contest prep a few months after. I’ll post up layout for the planned bulk after this post.

I don’t even know if I’ll get to run it. That’s just what I want to run. Whatever my doctor says is what I’ll do. She may say go ahead and keep things moderate or low, or she may say absolutely not. I trust her judgment.

what kind of doc allows you to run so much gear? must be nice lol :)
 
She doesn’t necessarily advocate for it, but she’ll tell me if I’m going to do irreparable damage. She likes very frequent labs while I’m on. Usually every two weeks.
She doesn’t give me dosing advice or anything but she will say your doing too much back off or you need to stop. Or that things are fine for the time being.
@boxcutter I was following your old log on EVO as well. I think in your case staying lean is key. bulking might be damaging.
