I slept around 8.5 hours last night. Stayed with the lady last night. Energy was great today. I had a great workout this afternoon. I’ve had to move Fridays workouts to Sundays because of my sons football games. Gonna lay out by the pool for the rest of the day.

PEDs:

400mg sustanon (weekly)
490mg masteron
400mg npp
50mg proviron (daily)
1mg anastrozole (eod)
8iu hgh (4iu/4iu daily)
250 mcg caber (2x week)

Supplements:

Animal pak x2
5 gram creatine
5200mg omega-3
1 tbsp fiber supplement
7 cap N2Guard
1000mg tudca
200mg nac
10mg cialis

Exercise:

85lb Arnold press 3x10
40lb prone incline front dumbbell raise 3x10
40lb side lateral 3x10
30lb bent over rear lateral 3x10
135lb close grip upright row 3x10
275lb barbell shrugs 3x10
50lb single arm overhead dumbbell extensions 3x10
190lb straight bar pushdowns 3x10
50lb lying single arm dumbbell extensions 3x10
45lb ab machine 3 directions 3x10

Macros 306P/418C/90F
Calories 3596

10:00 meal

1 cup dry oats
1 3/4 cup almond milk
3 tbsp raw honey
9 oz blueberries
2 oz walnuts
2 bananas

11:00 meal

1 cup free range egg whites
2 oz fat free cheddar
3/4 cup pico de gallo
2 avacado guacamole

Post workout meal

3 cup fat free a2 milk
30 gram pea protein
30 gram brown rice protein
20 gram collagen protein
2 servings clean mass gainer

5:00 meal

12 oz organic free range chicken
1 cup quinoa
2 cup steamed broccoli

Side note:

I did around 15 minutes in the sauna today and worked on posing for around 30 minutes. Trembling is gone now. I can hold poses for 1 minute easily.

once the trembling is gone you know you got stage coming
the muscles are more tight and ready to pose @boxcutter :)
