I slept around 9 hours last night. Today was a rest day so I just lounged around till the last got off work, then she came over and stayed. So basically, a boring day.

PEDs:

400mg sustanon (weekly)
490mg masteron
400mg npp
50mg anadrol (daily 6 weeks)
50mg proviron (daily)
1mg anastrozole (eod)
8iu hgh (4iu/4iu daily)
500mcg retatrutide
250 mcg caber (2x week)

Supplements:

Animal pak x2
5 gram creatine
5200mg omega-3
1 tbsp fiber supplement
7 cap N2Guard
1000mg tudca
200mg nac
10mg cialis
20mg telmisartan (daily when needed)

2 oz fat free cheddar
1/4 cup salsa

2:00 meal

1 cup dry oats
1 3/4 cup almond milk
3 tbsp raw honey
1 scoop whey protein
9 oz blueberries
2 oz walnuts
2 bananas

4:00 meal

5 rice cakes
4 tbsp almond butter

6:00 meal

12 oz grass fed sirloin
1 cup quinoa
2 cup steamed broccoli
1 avacado

Post workout meal

2 cup unsweet almond milk
25 gram whey protein
30 gram pea protein
30 gram brown rice protein
20 gram collagen protein
2 tbsp hemp seeds

Side note:

Did a bit of stretching for around 45 minutes or an hour.

I had Covid and was in the hospital for a couple days. Then me and the lady took a trip after I recovered. Anyway, now I’m back at it. Today was first day back in the gym, had an awesome workout.
oh darn, i hope you recovered fully share again please :)

I slept around 7.5 hours last night. Got up this morning and had my first workout in a week and a half. Covid was terrible this time, had problems breathing and all. Anyway, workout was amazing. Sets and reps have changed this month. The middle portion of the cycle will be similar to a deload. Went from 4x15 to 3x10. Also, anadrol & retatrutide have been dropped. Diet had to be changed due to some gi issues again. I have to have a colonoscopy and an endoscopy. Not looking forward to that at all.

I slept about 8 hours last night. Which is awesome when the lady stays over, 🤣. Had an amazing workout today. Lifts felt way too easy, could have done a tremendous amount of weight and reps on all lifts. I’m gonna continue to skip leg day for another two weeks to see if it will help with the pain. I almost passed out doing the extensions on the Roman chair today, 🤣.
