. Had an amazing workout today. Lifts felt way too easy, could have done a tremendous amount of weight and reps on all lifts. I’m gonna continue to skip leg day for another two weeks to see if it will help with the pain. I almost passed out doing the extensions on the Roman chair today,

Side note:
Not sure if this is normal, but while holding my poses about a minute into it my entire body starts trembling immensely. Anyway, worked on posing for 30 minutes and sat in the sauna for 15 minutes.
