Spending time again at a local gym, but this time around, the focus is on training my legs, enjoy!
#1. 3x8 - Heavy Hip Thrusts
#2. 3x8 - 1.5 Squats
#3. 3x12 - Romanian Deadlifts
#4. 2x6 - Glute Ham Raise
#5. 2x12 (each side) - Bulgarian Lunges
And that's that!!
