I decided to move todays workout to tomorrow so I could enjoy the holiday. Had a great time in the pool, caught a few rays, and had some good food.
PEDs:
200mg test cypionate (weekly)

Ghost multivitamins
5 gram creatine
4200mg Fish oil
Exercise:
Rest day
Diet:
12:00 meal
1 cup dry oats
1 3/4 cup almond milk
3 tbsp raw honey
6 oz blackberries
2 oz walnuts
2 bananas
4:00 meal
10 oz grass fed filet
6 oz organic free range chicken breast
20 stalks asparagus grilled
1 sweet potato cubed roasted
3 tbsp avacado oil
Post workout meal
2 cup unsweet almond milk
30 gram Quinoa protein
30 gram pea protein
30 gram brown rice protein
20 gram collagen protein
2 tbsp hemp seeds
