I slept around 8 hours last night. Didn’t really have much of an appetite, but I did manage to get my 3000kcal down. The lady came and spent the day with me. Other than that, just another boring day.

2 cup steamed broccoli
1 cup quinoa
2 avacado
Post workout meal
2 cup unsweet almond milk
25 gram whey protein
30 gram pea protein
30 gram brown rice protein
20 gram collagen protein
2 tbsp hemp seeds
