Approved Log Boxcutters Diet Training Log

Alright, I’m gonna post an update about my health related issues.

I saw the oncologist and she was concerned that I had cancer due to the clotting issues and my labs.
I had a pet scan, some kind of special ct, and a mri all covered the entire body and they didn’t find anything!!

Most of my labs were normal however it does look like I’ve picked up my mother’s anemia. So I’ll be taking iron pills for the rest of my life. The labs also showed an idiopathic clotting disorder so I’ll be on the blood thinners for life as well.

Luckily, these won’t be too much of an issue moving forward with me using PEDs. My doctor said she can just double my dosing of the blood thinner while I’m on cycle and I should be good to go in that aspect. She said she will monitor me monthly with labs and vascular scans the duration of my next couple cycles.

Additionally, this means I can do my bulk that I was planning as well as my contest prep next spring. So I’ll be starting my bulk on August 1st. I’ll post the cycle layout on todays log entry.

I slept around 7.5 hours last night. Today I bought the kid school clothes and just laid around other than that. I’m looking forward to getting back in the gym next week I should be refreshed and ready to push it hard. I’ll start my bulking cycle on Thursday of next week. The doctor told me i have no limitations, she wants to see how my body reacts with the blood thinners on cycle. I’ll be doing monthly labs and a full body vascular scan every two weeks to check for clots. Cycle will consist of short esters, so that it can be eliminated quickly if need be.



PEDs:



125mg sustanon (weekly)



Supplements:



Animal pak x2
5 gram creatine
5200mg omega-3
1 tbsp fiber supplement



Exercise:



No workout due to health restrictions



Diet:




Macros 251P/336C/122F




12:00 meal




1 cup dry oats
1 3/4 cup almond milk
3 tbsp raw honey
1 scoop whey protein
9 oz blueberries
2 oz walnuts
2 bananas




6:00 meal



12 oz grass fed sirloin
1 bag Birds Eye sweet potato, carrot, potato
1 cup quinoa
2 cup grapes
1 avacado guacamole




Post workout meal



2 cup unsweet almond milk
25 gram whey protein
30 gram pea protein
30 gram brown rice protein
20 gram collagen protein
2 tbsp hemp seeds



Side note:



Bulk cycle will be as follows:



Sustanon-400mg (weekly)
Masteron-490mg (weekly)
Npp-400mg (weekly)
Proviron-25mg (daily)
Anadrol-50mg (daily)

I didn’t sleep well last night. I only slept around 6 hours. I did manage to get a 2 hour nap this afternoon. So that helped tremendously. I went to lunch with the lady today, it looked good but I didn’t eat anything. I swam for a bit in the pool today. Other than that, boring day.

Yes, bulk will be very clean. I never dirty bulk. I have a contest in late April or early May next year (date hasn’t been set yet). So I have to stay somewhat decent looking to keep my contest prep to a minimum. I’ll likely do sports trt with a caloric deficit after to lower bf% between bulk cycle and contest prep cycle.
 
Yes, bulk will be very clean. I never dirty bulk. I have a contest in late April or early May next year (date hasn’t been set yet). So today is day 2 of my bulk and I hit the gym for the first time in 2 weeks today. It felt great to be back, I’m really looking forward to this gear kicking in and seeing where it takes me. I’ll have everything posted up in todays log entry.

I got about 8.5 hours of sleep in last night. It was nice to be back home. Today I started back in the gym. I had an amazing workout. It actually felt like the anadrol was kicking in. Not too sure though, could have just been placebo. Anyway, cycle started Sunday. So today was day 2 of a 10-12 week bulk.

400mg sustanon (weekly)
490mg masteron
400mg npp
50mg anadrol (daily 6 weeks)
50mg proviron (daily)
1mg anastrozole (eod)
6iu hgh (3iu/3iu daily)

Just a quick update:

This @GDRoids gear is the truth! My energy levels are out of this world. Performance in the gym is the same. This is day 3 of my cycle and I wasn’t sure if it was placebo yesterday. However, I can say with 100% certainty today. Appetite has also increased 10 fold. I feel as though I could eat everything in the kitchen and then some, even on the retatrutide.
All the gear is short ester also. So big ups to the baboon pharma gear!!
