July 30 2024



I slept around 7 hours last night. Although, it felt like I slept for 10. I woke this morning with a surge of energy that was unbelievable. I’m really surprised as to how fast the anadrol has kicked in, I’m assuming. Had a great workout today, lifts felt super easy. Could have most definitely added more weights or reps. But I’m not gonna rush it, no more injuries for me 🤞🏽. Today I backed off lifting with the leg I had surgery on. I asked my orthopedic surgeon to get a mri just to make sure everything is healed well before I attempt to really start lifting with it. The chicken from yesterday was so good I went back for it again tonight. I also added a meal to boost calories a bit.

300lb seated calf raise 5x25

1 cup free range egg whites
2 oz fat free cheddar
1/4 cup salsa




2:00 meal




1 cup dry oats
1 3/4 cup almond milk
3 tbsp raw honey
1 scoop whey protein
9 oz blueberries
2 oz walnuts
2 bananas




4:00 meal




1 avacado guacamole
150 gram hummus
1 banana
1 white nectarine




6:00 meal




1lb grilled chicken
2 cup brown rice
1 side salad w/ light rasp vinaigrette




Post workout meal



2 cup unsweet almond milk
25 gram whey protein
30 gram pea protein
30 gram brown rice protein
20 gram collagen protein
2 tbsp hemp seeds



Side note:


I could only handle 15 minutes in the sauna today. Worked on posing again as well.

Just a quick update:

This @GDRoids gear is the truth! My energy levels are out of this world. Performance in the gym is the same. This is day 3 of my cycle and I wasn’t sure if it was placebo yesterday. However, I can say with 100% certainty today. Appetite has also increased 10 fold. I feel as though I could eat everything in the kitchen and then some, even on the retatrutide.
All the gear is short ester also. So big ups to the baboon pharma gear!!

I slept around 7 hours last night. I also took an hour nap in the afternoon. Today was a rest day so I really didn’t do much. The lady came over and spent most of the day and the night. Other than that, not too much to add.
