New member Intro and question

I am new to the site and fairly new to AAS/test etc. Little background I am 48 years old 5'11", 191lbs, BF about 10-11%. I have been working out for 25+ years. I was in the Army for 25 years spending six in the infantry and my last 17 as a Green Beret. I haven't been body holding per se but lots of weights along with rucking, running, CrossFit style workouts etc. Obviously I stayed pretty lean and still am. I still do lots of cardio because I do enjoy it but have really gotten more into lifting. I started prescribed TRT about a year ago and not let's say I am running "enhanced TRT". I have done two cycles. The first was straight Test E worked my way up from 300mg to 500mg in ten weeks with no issues from gyno or aromitization. Second was 400mg test e and and Tbol. I ran the TBOL for eight weeks at 30/40/50x6 weeks. No issues really a couple pimples but that's about it.

So my question for my third cycle is this. I am gonna be running Test E along with Primo. I am gonna start out at the low end on the primo at 200mg then bump it up to 250-300 then the goal is to run it at 400 mg with a 450-500mg test e base. I know primo CAN. crash E2 levels that is why I am meeting to slowly work it in. Do you guys think that 500 test/400/primo is a good cycle. I see some guys saying the exact opposite of doing more primo than test but honestly I would rather be safe than sorry and not crash out. But with the price of primo I wanna get the bang for my buck.

If you have any questions or comments in case I forgot something please just ask. I did just get bloodwork done and all is good to go and I did a power red double red blood cell donation a few weeks ago at the Red Cross.

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.


To really guide you we need more info from you.
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

The whole Primo crashing estrogen levels is something people obsess over way too much. At the end of the day you're using anabolic steroids so instead of worrying so much about having your estrogen crash, focus more on balancing out the cycle.

You can stack Tren and Primo as follows:

Tren Ace (8 weeks)
300-400mg/wk (split into 2 injections EOD)

Primo E (10 weeks)
400-600mg/wk (split into 2 injections/wk)

Test Prop or Cyp (10 weeks)
The test base is great for support but optional as well.
100-200mg/wk

PCT

HCG: 1,000 IU EOD (run for 2 weeks starting after your last Tren injection)

Clomid: 100mg/day split into 50mg taken twice a day (wk 1-2), 50mg/day (wk 3-4)

Nolvadex: 40mg/day (wk 1-2), 20mg/day (wk 3-4)

If you're worried about that then don't stack anything else with it. That is a DHT stack in some dbol instead.

Bros, back in the day we used to stack tons of primo with little testosterone. We never had estrogen problems but everybody is a little different. You got to test it out and see what works for you.

That's great that you're donating. I would donate every chance you get. It's really good for your body and it will lower your hematocrit.
 
Thank you for all the replies guys, I am gonna sit down and get a log started ASAP. And I am not overly concerned about crashing my E2 levels but I am kind of looking at this has a marathon not a sprint. So easing into it is just my way of trying to be smart about it. If I am running good at 500mg test e and 400mg primo I may bump it up 500/500.

After the cycle I am gonna just cruise at 250mg of test e since I am on TRT for life. That is a little higher than actual TRT levels. I will attach a photo so you can here so you guys can see my BF levels etc. Also I am not opposed to running the cycle 12 weeks instead of 10 if that will get more out of the Primo.

That was kind of my thoughts also, since it's my first time using it and I don't seem to be a high aromatizer I figured I would pyramid up the first couple weeks to at least 400 instead of trying to Strong Ranger that shit

Yeah that's why I donated was to thin my blood out. I am gonna do that power red donation every time. They put your plasma and platelets back in you and just take two pints of red blood cells. I didn't get that tired feeling I usually get from a whole blood donation
