I slept surprisingly well considering the lady stayed over. I got around 8 hours. Had a great workout this morning. Again, I can’t reiterate enough the sheer amount of strength gains since my cycle started. I didn’t add more reps or weight, but I could have most definitely did more. Laid around the rest of the day, gonna get in the pool for a bit tonight.
