I slept around 9 hours last night. Hit the ground running this morning. I had crazy energy all day today. I saw my orthopedic surgeon today to go over my mri results for my knee. They found a defect in the cartilage that will require surgery. Although, he said we can put it off for a while if that’s what I want. So I just got a cortisone shot in the knee and I’ll take leg day off for a couple weeks before I get back to business. So a little bad news and a little good. I’ll post what the mri said in the side notes at the bottom.

PEDs:

400mg sustanon (weekly)
490mg masteron
400mg npp
50mg anadrol (daily 6 weeks)
50mg proviron (daily)
1mg anastrozole (eod)
8iu hgh (4iu/4iu daily)
500mcg retatrutide
250 mcg caber (2x week)

2 cup steamed Brussel sprouts

Post workout meal

25 gram whey protein
30 gram pea protein
30 gram brown rice protein
20 gram collagen protein
2 tbsp hemp seeds

There is a large high-grade cartilaginous defect involving the inferior trochlear cartilage measuring up to 18 mm TR by 11 mm CC

Might have to do that cortisone shot for my back if tje injury doesn't get better in 2 weeks time, so I feel that completely never a fun time.
I did that for a while and it did help, but if wore off really fast for me. I don’t know about your injury, but in my case back surgery was the best thing I ever did. I haven’t had a problem with it at all since. Hopefully, the shots help you more than they did me. Good luck with it brother!!
