I slept around 10 hours last night. I must say, I’m really enjoying all this sleep. Plus, not working isn’t too bad either. Today was a rest day since I’ve had to drop leg day for a couple weeks at the request of my orthopedic surgeon. Basically, just lounged around for most of the day. Also, spent a bit of time in and out of the pool to get a little sun.
