I slept around 8 hours last night. Felt great upon waking today. Had a great workout, I could have most definitely done more weight today. Every lift felt like it was super light. I’m gonna just stay where I’m at for another 2 weeks at least then I may add 5 or 10 lbs to each lift depending on the lift.

The knee has been feeling really good lately, so I decided to put it to the test today. Needless to say, I was shocked at how well it held up. I may actually place well if I can continue to work out legs hard like this. After my mri on Friday, I’ll speak with my orthopedic surgeon about adding squats and deadlifts back into the mix. Gonna be upping the calories again to 4000kcal. May go 4500 or 5000 if I’m still maintaining weight.
